Appearance Information

The Buffalo Jills Cheerleaders appear at events all over Western New York, nationally and internationally. The Jills also participate in a variety of charity appearances connected with the Buffalo Bills organization. The Jills are trained in professional etiquette and are great at helping out with meet & greet, sit & sign, working with children, posing for photographs, signing autographs and even dance performances! Due to the costs associated with scheduling & traveling, all of our appearance requests do have fees associated with them as you will see below. Additionally, all of our appearances do require a 1-hour minimum booking.

Corporate events, Trade shows, Expos, Grand Openings, Golf Tournaments, Bars/Restaurants:
$150 per hour, per cheerleader

The above with multiple bookings at one time or extended lengths of time.  
I.e. Three Monday night football games or appearances lasting over 5 hours.
$100 per hour, per cheerleader.

Community events and 501(c) 3 non-profit organizations:
$75 per hour, per cheerleader.

School & hospital visits:
Fulfilled voluntarily as availability permits for a 1-hour time frame.

Travel expenses:
.59 per mile, per vehicle for events more than 20 minutes outside the Ralph Wilson Stadium address. TBD by MapQuest using the address. One Bills Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127. Additionally, any tolls and parking must be covered be covered by client.

Hotel accommodations:
need to be reserved for appearances more than 2- hours drive time outside of Western New York. (2-4 cheerleaders per room)

Meals:
should be provided for cheerleaders requiring overnight stays and/or appearances lasting more than 5 hours.

Parking
all parking fees need to be covered by client. This can be included in billing.

Security:
may need to be provided for cheerleaders if appearing with large groups. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Payments:
Business checks or credit card payments (MasterCard and Visa only) can be made through the Jills managing company, Stejon Productions. Personal checks will only be accepted if given time to clear prior to event date. Canadian checks must be stated in “American Funds”.

  • All appearance fees must be paid in full PRIOR to event date. If payment is not confirmed, cheerleaders will not appear at event.
  • If the time frame of an appearance is lessened at the event, the client is still responsible for the original booked time. No refunds will be issued for lessened time frames.

Additional information:

  • Accurate address, phone number and contact name must be provided on our Appearance Request Form.
  • All appearances require a 1-hour minimum booking. However, cheerleaders will not travel over an hour and a half for a 1-hour appearance.
  • A 3-week time frame is recommended in order for us to fill your appearance successfully.
  • If a cancellation occurs 2 weeks or more prior to event date, a full refund will be issued.
  • Please provide a skirted table or booth with chairs for any autograph sessions.
  • If a dance performance is requested, a minimum of 4 cheerleaders must be booked. A possible performance fee may be added if the performance is complex and/or specific. A sound system with CD player or iPod connection must be provided.
  • Cheerleaders cannot dance or cheer unless previously requested and planned.
  • Please provide water for cheerleaders while they are working.
  • Cheerleaders will bring team posters to sign while supplies are available.
  • Cheerleaders can sell our tasteful swimsuit calendars at your event if permitted by booking client. (While supplies last) Partial proceeds to benefit Breast Cancer Awareness and The American Cancer Society.
  • All publicity which promotes and/or mentions the Jills Cheerleaders, including our Jills logo, at your event must be approved by Stejon Productions. Stephanie.mateczun@buffalojills.com
  • The use of the Buffalo Bills logo or the NFL logo is not permitted unless permission is given by the Buffalo Bills or the NFL directly.
  • Cheerleaders are not permitted to serve food or beverages at events.
  • Cheerleaders are not permitted to waive in traffic from an outside street or parking lot location.
  • Cheerleaders are trained to offer suggestions on duties they can participate in if client suggests a duty that is outside their comfort zone.
